BOOM! Studios: Breaking The Rules of Graphic Novels

Join best-selling authors Roxane Gay (The Sacrifice of Darkness), Tracy Lynne Oliver (The Sacrifice of Darkness), Gabby Rivera (b.b. free), Brian Azzarello (Faithless) and Ryan North (Slaughterhouse-Five) for an unfiltered conversation about why the only way to make successful graphic novels is being true to yourself, even if that means breaking the rules to do it. These acclaimed authors will discuss what it means to create graphic novels for modern audiences, additional opportunities in the medium as readership expands, and how they develop exciting and original worlds to create new readers of graphic fiction. Moderated by Filip Sablik, President of Publishing & Marketing, BOOM! Studios.
