Cancellation Policies:
 

2020 ALA Virtual Event: Registration cancellations must be sent to [email protected] by Friday, June 12, 2020, Noon Central. There will be a handling fee of $50 for each registration canceled and no cancellation refunds will be offered after June 12, 2020. "Recording Only" registrations made after Friday, June 12, 2020, Noon Central will be non-refundable and refunds will be issued after the ALA Virtual event.

2020 ALA Annual Conference & Exhibition:  Those who previously registered and submitted payment for the 2020 Annual Conference were sent an email on April 1, 2020 with registration fee options. The deadline to select your option is Friday, May 29, 2020, Noon Central. Registrants who do not select an option by Friday, May 29, Noon Central will automatically be registered for the 2020 ALA Virtual Event and the 2021 ALA Midwinter Meeting & Exhibits.
